Welcome to the family of Godavari Manar Public High School! We are a residential Namankit English medium school currently educating over 1600 students from LKG to XII standard with a staff of over 55 well-qualified expert teachers. We endeavour to build academically excellent, successful, honest and responsible citizens of our students.

Along with academia, we pursue to impart extra-curricular prowess through participation in various skill building activities like sports, arts, performing arts, scout training, debate, oratory, field visits, hands-on practical and so on. Our institute stands out for its splendid culture, inspiring management, devoted Principal, zealous teachers, caring house-masters, warm-hearted hostel care-takers, cheerful inter-active learning environment and our earnest students. Objectives

Our curriculum is guided by the Maharashtra State board syllabus. As an additional effort, our expert staff takes references from NCERT books for further information and guidance to students to develop a wide base of knowledge in each subject.

Regular Activities

Teaching does not need to be limited to textbooks and blackboards. With our fun school activities for kids, learning in school becomes an interesting and enjoyable exercise. See our collection of different kinds of activities for kids of all ages. There’s something for everyone!

Important Events

Between school and downtime, most kids do one or more extracurricular activities. These classes, sports teams, and other programs allow children and teens to pursue a special interest that's outside of the typical educational curriculum, including sports, the arts, special-interest clubs, and technology.

Academics

Academic is used to describe things that relate to the work done in schools, colleges, and universities, especially work which involves studying and reasoning rather than practical or technical skills.

Non Academics

Non-academic achievements are the types of things that a typical classroom doesn't formally teach, And there are no specific lessons you can take to learn them. However, whilst there is no set syllabus for these skills, they can be developed and worked upon through experience.

Our Staff

Teachers are the people directly responsible for educating students. They lead learning activities in classrooms. Teachers of younger students teach many topics. For older students, there are teachers for each subject. In the GMPS, families show respect for school staff by working with the teachers to educate and support their children.
